Terms of Service

udig lets listeners discover events and artists, rate and review shows from the floor, and follow the artists they care about. Artists can claim a profile and access dashboards covering their audience, geography, shows, and reviews. udig is operated by Juturna.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

• Listener accounts are free and active immediately on signup.
• Artist accounts begin in a pending state and require verification. Once approved, the artist role starts a trial period. A single email may hold both listener and artist roles.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use udig.

To claim an artist profile, you must submit an artist name and verification links. We review each request and may approve, decline, or request more information. Submitting false or misleading claims, or claiming a profile you are not authorized to represent, may result in removal of the claim or account.

Ratings and reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Don’t post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or deceptive, and don’t manipulate scores through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated activity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you submit — profiles, reviews, photos, and links. By submitting it, you grant udig a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

• Don’t break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Don’t attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

The udig name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our marks or code beyond using the service as intended.

You may stop using udig and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for udig or others.

udig is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, scores, or listings are accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, udig and Juturna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above. Your continued use of udig after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
